Darrin is a Chartered and European Patent Attorney with both private practice and industry experience. Working in the electro/mechanical fields for 25 years has given him exposure to a wide variety of IP issues. He holds an LLM in IP litigation and a Litigator’s certificate which have allowed him to focus on the more commercial approaches to IP and its practical uses.

Working in a corporate multi-national IP department means he deals with global licensing and litigation matters regularly. He also had the dubious honour to be able to enforce in court patents which he originally drafted.
