Satwinder has worked as a Social Worker and manager, specialising in Adoption and Fostering as well as Looked After Children, for 18 years. This has been across the statutory and voluntary sectors.

Satwinder joined PACT in 2009 expanding the Adoption and Fostering service into London and increasing the numbers of families we approve and children being placed to elevate PACT into one of the top performing voluntary adoption agencies. He is the Chair of a Fostering Panel for a local authority as well as a regular speaker at conferences and trainer.

Satwinder is passionate about adoption and fostering and the place of voluntary organisations in this sector and was instrumental in PACT launching their unique dual approval scheme in 2012.
