Kim is the Transportation Planning and Strategy Manager at Greenwich Council, she holds an MSc in Sustainable Travel and Transport Planning, and has a history of 25 years experience of both operational and strategic transportation in the voluntary, public and private sectors.

Kim's role at Greenwich includes being the single point of contact for major schemes such as the DLR extensions and Crossrail in the Borough, as well as the development of transport policy for Greenwich including the Local Implementation Plan and the delivery of the associated schemes and projects which it contains.
